Satwika Or Ammu is the only child which was born to the parents after 4 years of the married life. Both father and mother were happy when the child was born. From her child hood onwards, she was very active in the house.
Both parents family was very supportive during the child admission in he hospital. They were very supportive during her treatment in the Private hospitals.
Medical History:
Last year during the festival of Bonnlu, child fell sick and taken to hospital for mouth ulcers. They treated the child for ulceration in the mouth and next day she was presented with face swelling and affected with pneumonia. Did all the blood test and other investigation. She was admitted in Nice Hospital, confirmed with Blood Cancer. After receiving the report, family decided that child need to be treated in Private hospital for cancer.
They have taken the child to different hospital in Hyderabad, but they haven’t satisfied with treatment which child had received. Finally, family members decided to take the child to Niloufer Hospital, in view of confirmation about cancer. After admission in Niloufer Hospital, they asked the family to consult in MNJ Cancer hospital for confirmation of treatment and other related investigation.
Finally, Child was admitted in MNJ for Blood Cancer after the flow Cytometry and BMA report. Treatment process was started in MNJ, on 7th day child was affected with pneumonia and shifted to Niloufer for further treatment. Family was taken the child to home because Doctor’s at MNJ and Niloufer explained poor prognosis of the child situation.
They showed again in Private hospital – L V Prasad because in Niloufer Satwika lost her vision because of internal bleeding in brain. LV Prasad hospital they refused to give the treatment at that moment because the child was on blood cancer treatment process in the middle of way, so they asked the family to complete the treatment and bring the child again for further treatment. Again the family decided to take the child to MNJ.
In MNJ, one of the counselors explained about SIPCC Hospital, and then family decided to take child to SIPCC hospital.
Reached at SIPCC Hospital, Dr Sudha they have met and explained about their financial and present situation of the child and their over view about the blood cancer. Counselor tried to calm the family by giving them lot of time to address their issues at large. Parents asked for some more time to decide about child’s treatment. Family requested for one week to settle their issues and come to SIPCC for further treatment process. Family went back and they had good communition with the counselors and decided to come for treatment at SIPCC Hospital.
Satwika was the first child of SIPCC Hospital and child was very happy in the premises. As the days passed the child started to responded to chemo therapy and showed little changes in the vision level too. Started to recognize the person and the clothes which we were wearing. She has completed the 30 days of treatment for the Induction period.
